At PfalzHolz, wood is more than just a material — it’s where every story begins.
I create one-of-a-kind pieces from beautiful olive wood and oak, transforming the natural character of each piece of wood into something truly special. From handcrafted knife blocks to wine and whiskey stands, every creation is designed to bring a piece of nature, craftsmanship, and individuality into your home.
For me, this is more than woodworking. It’s art.
I love looking at a raw piece of wood, discovering its grain, knots, cracks, and imperfections, and imagining what it can become. Instead of hiding these natural details, I make them part of the design. That means no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Every step — from the first idea and design to shaping, sanding, finishing, and the final details — is done by hand and with passion.
My goal is simple: I don’t want to create ordinary products. I want to create pieces that catch your eye, become part of your home, and tell their own story for years to come.
Made by hand. Shaped by nature. Created to be unique.
